What do you do if it pours down rain?

It is always best to have a back-up wet water plan. In most cases the party will still continue on inside.

Do you take photographs?

Yes we do. Please enquire though the Contact Us page.

What will your Performers do upon arrival?

Our Performers will arrive 10 to 15mins prior to the booking of the party and will call you so as to make a secret entrance so that the children do not catch on. As they will most likely be travelling from a previous party they will need to get change quickly before making their Super Entrance.

What is your Super Entrance?

We love being spontaneous and catching the children's attention by surprise. Before hand we will discus our entrance with the host parent and come up with a innovative Super Entrance that is safe and exciting for the children.

What areas do you operate in? Are there any extra fees for travelling further.?

We operate within the Sydney area. Any area past Mona Vale, Hornsby, Parramatta, Liverpool, Campbelltown and Cronulla. Suburbs will incur an extra fee.

How much space do you require?

So that the children can get the most out of our performance, it is reccomended to have the largest possible area so that the children can run around and that the performers can conduct there routine in a safe manner.

How many children for the party?

When it comes to our party packages, for 1 performer itis reccomended to have 10 to 18 children. If over that amount, a $50 fee will be attached to the booking. Another option if numbers a large to get an extra performer as 2 are better then 1

When should stop for breaks?

We tend to stop our performances every 15-20 minutes to allow for the children to have a quick break before continuing on with the fun and games.

Do you give out prizes/presents?

Yes upon the day we will give out either stickers or balloon animals.

What age groups do you package for?

Our parties are suited for 1 to 12 years of age.

What happens if the birthday child or children are afraid of the performer?

As this does not happen that often, in most cases the performer will entertain the remaining children that are still having fun so as to show the frighten child/children that there is nothing to be afraid of.

What do you charge for the performances?

We periodically offer different promo packages every few months to cater for all the parents of Sydney. Please see our Home page for our latest promo.

No. At Super-Hero Parties we are performers and not babysitters.

Do you guys participate in games like 'Pinata'?

No. At Super-Hero Parties we take the health and safety of our performers and the children at the parties very seriously and do not engage in any games that may cause injury. If you still want to engage in activities such like this then it is best to conduct them before or after the performer leaves.
